Dr. Darren Thompson is a proud Columbia, SC native and a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist dedicated to creating healthy, confident smiles for children. He earned his B.S. in Biology from Winthrop University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry.
After completing advanced training in general dentistry at Columbia University in New York, Dr. Thompson returned to South Carolina, where he served as Dental Director at Regenesis Health Care in Spartanburg. His passion for working with children led him back to Howard University to complete a specialty residency in Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Thompson is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and a diplómate of the American Board of Pediatric. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
